A brief description of our activities, adventures with agritourism, as well as entertainment that we offer you during your stay in Borónia.
The very beginnings and what makes us Borónia!
The idea of running agritourism was born in us many years ago, and was the main reason for returning to our family home, after many years of staying abroad, mainly for professional purposes. Our goal has always been to create an absolutely unique place for our guests - with a soul, equipped with items collected by our family during many trips, those further and closer, with which we are very connected.
You will find here everything we love the most - lots of greenery in the house and garden, music on vinyl records from the last five decades, and even a gallery of paintings and graphics created by our "family" artist! If you particularly like one of the displayed works and you see it in your collection, you can buy it on the spot or place an order according to individual arrangements.
We love morning coffee drunk on a sunny terrace overlooking the garden, which is why in our kitchen you will find a rich collection of colorful and unique cups, and good coffee is always at your disposal on site.
We are convinced that our very well-equipped library will allow you to immerse yourself in reading, enjoying the warmth of the fireplace, the softness of a blanket and a glass of good wine.
What we offer
In Borónia, we offer you a stay and rest in the heart of picturesque Kaszuby, in Borowo, near Jar Raduni and Kartuzy - the capital of Kaszuby! Kaszuby is a beautiful, very picturesque nature and plenty of attractions such as - lakes, forests, museums and open-air museums, great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. In winter, we organize sleigh rides, 14 km from us there is a ski station "Koszałkowo", with full infrastructure and the possibility of learning to ski for the youngest. In addition, on site you will find additional information on what is worth and must see in Kaszuby!
Borowo is also a town well connected with the Trójmiasto via the Metropolitan Railway - one of the largest transport investments made in recent years. Thanks to this, our guests can quickly and conveniently get to Gdańsk or Gdynia, which are about 25 km away. The cable car stop is a 15-minute walk from our Borónia.
We will be happy to organize additional attractions for our guests, such as the possibility of using bicycles, fishing on the nearby lake, kayaking. We will be happy to help you visit Gdańsk through our contacts with local guides. Tokary Golf Course is 14 km from Borónia. There are also horse farms in the area. The nearest shop is 200 m away. In the town of Borowo itself, there are several great restaurants offering fish dishes and homemade dinners.
In our offer you will find, among others, a beautiful, large and richly blooming garden with a playground for children (including a trampoline), a gazebo, a place for a bonfire, a gas grill, a volleyball court, badminton, football goals. We offer you 9 beds in 3 rooms with floral accents and an additional 2 places to sleep on a double bed in the living room. The living room is equipped with a TV with access to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus platforms and a PS 4 game console. There is also a huge aquarium, where our youngest guests, under the care of adults, can feed our fish on their own!
We also offer our guests a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. In addition, we have a relaxation area, which includes, among others: a chess table, a well-equipped library, a ping pong table, and board games. On the charming floor there is a reading corner with a very comfortable "royal" armchair, and for music lovers we have a rich collection of vinyl records and a beautiful gramophone.
For people who want to start their adventure with painting, graphics or sculpture, we offer the possibility of organizing art workshops in every age group, conducted by owners with artistic education.
